Terms of Use

Last updated 3 September 2026

By using IPTV Factory you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

IPTV Factory is a testing and verification tool. It surfaces Xtream Codes and STBemu credentials that already circulate publicly and lets you check whether a given endpoint responds. We do not operate, own or control any of the servers listed, and we have no relationship with the people who run them.

What we do not do

We do not host, stream, transmit, store or rebroadcast any television channel, film or other media. We do not sell subscriptions and we take no payment from any provider. No content passes through our servers at any point.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure your use of anything found here is lawful where you live. Accessing a service you have not paid for may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Use the credentials to test connectivity and compatibility; if you want ongoing access to content, buy it from a licensed provider.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as is. Endpoints go offline, expire and change without notice, and a credential that worked a minute ago may not work now. We make no promise that anything on this site is accurate, available or fit for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV Factory and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or anything you reach through it.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising through HilltopAds. Some features require viewing an ad before they unlock. Blocking ads is your choice and the site will still function, but the service exists because the advertising pays for it.

Rights holders

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to hello@iptv-factory.com with the details and we will act promptly. We remove any entry on a credible request from a rights holder.

Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
